Tech MUST HAVES
1. 10+ years of experience in the software development space specifically having heavy experience with Microsoft. This position will be mostly backend with some middleware exposure
2. 7+ years experience in a Microsoft shop using the following development languages: .NET AND .NET Core AND SQL (backend)
3. 5+ years experience RESTful Web Services/REST API (This is where the plus of the Salesforce API + SOAP Web Services comes in as well)
4. 3+ years experience with Azure Devops – this is the tracking tool they will be using within the Agile process (the manager may flex on it if absolutely necessary but he may pick one candidate over another if they have it  (for example if manager has a candidate from the competition that has it and ours does not) – he would ideally like for this candidate to have it so lets start off looking for it. Plan being that go for it to start but if on the struggle bus after searching for a bit, maybe drop it
5. Familiarity with Agile: they are a fully Agile team running 2 week sprints. Someone who has worked in this kind of environment and has great communication skills is going to go far with these managers.

HUGE MASSIVE PLUS: Salesforce API experience+ SOAP Web Services 

SSIS, Oracle/PLSQL and/or S4/HANA experience is a plus also, not a requirement
