JD/ Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience Managing Service Delivery for Production Support
• Ability to communicate with the client directly and be fluent in verbal and written communication
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership teams within client organization
• Hands on past experience working as a Production Support Analyst
• Hands on past experience working as a Insurance Business Analyst preferred
• Working experience with JIRA, Rally (Agile tools) as well as Incident Management tools (Service Now, Remedy, others)
• Willing to learn new technologies on the job and be hands-on with generic technical work & troubleshooting
• Own and deliver Technical documentation, Project reports, presentations
