Job Description:

Important Note- We request you to be compliant with following 2 requirements –

  • You need to have an exposure and experience in positioning and solutioning software / technology solutions & services. A multi vertical experience is going to be your USP.
  • The candidate needs to have previous experience / relationships / success stories in the US market across the territories within the region.

  • RPA - Consulting, Implementation, post implementation support around Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution landscape. We are value added reseller and system integration partners to some of the largest RPA vendors at global stage. These include- Automation Anyhwere, Uipath, BluePrism, Workfusion, Pega and Option 3 Consulting.
  • Analytics- Consulting and Implementation around entire gamut of Analytics offerings viz. Data Visualization / Visual Analytics, Business Intelligence / Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics / Forecasting & ML modeling and Prescriptive Analytics.
  • IP’s such as Exacto (AI/ML Solution) and Toscanna (Workflow Solution)
  • Next Gen technology solutions that augment & supplement end to end transformation

To help us build quality sales leads, quality conversations with prospects / customers and help us build trustworthy relationships with our target customers, we are inviting accomplished sales professionals with proven track record in successfully positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to the customers.

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be solutions leader for digital technology offerings in the US and Latin America Region. We are looking at experiences across one or more of the following territories- North America, Canada & Latin Americas. The ideal candidate will use their existing network in the chosen territory to help generate quality leads and pursue those to qualify and close with a proposal submission, in coordination with the larger vertical or sales team
  • We expect at least 50% qualified leads to come from the professional network / contacts of the successful candidate
  • Specialize in digital transformation across Industries and be competent to solution for them
  • The candidate is always expected to maintain a healthy & updated pipeline of leads and opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

1. The candidate needs to be well versed with the concepts of value-based selling and it would be preferred if they possess relevant experience.

2. Experience in solutioning for and enabling sale of ITES (mandatory)

3. Candidate would be preferred, who has in-depth knowledge around Business Process & IT Transformation concepts
