Job Description:

Work as a HCM functional consultant in a public cloud migration scenario, for application end user performance Define the testcases from end user performance perspective for an for HCM applications Work along with customer program leads (AVPs) to understand the scope of workWork along with automation and devops team to make sure the defined testcases are automated in a ci/cd pipeline 

8+ years of experience in HCM functional -or- HCM QA domainParticipated in an HCM migration or implementation projectExperienced in supporting large HCM implementation where lot of integrations are present Basic knowledge of cloud terminologies and infrastructure terminologies Certification on any of the SAP HCM module is an added advantageo Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Onboarding, Recruiting etc ..
