- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years demonstrated Full-Stack experience with Microsoft technologies
- 3+ years' experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
- 3+ years' experience working with web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, and/or C#
- 2+ years' experience with XML, XSLT and or XSL-FO
- 2+ years' experience building and consuming ASP.Net web services
- Experience with Visual Studio 2017/2019 Team System
- Advanced skills in relational and non-relational database management systems, SQL coding, and Object Relational Mapping tools such as Entity Framework
