Job Description:- 
Escalation engineer supporting Media solutions. This is a highly technical team with the ability to solve critical issues, manage customer communication and virtual teams. The ideal candidate must balance hard technical skills with the soft skills required to quickly drive issues to closure. He/she takes the ownership end to end to resolve customer escalations and help drive improvements in product quality by sharing the field learning's with engineering teams. It’s a dynamic role which requires engaging with Sales/account teams, Marketing, Development and test teams. 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

Provide World class support to our customers.
Build Solid ecosystem with TAC/AS/DE/DT/Sales teams.
 
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of media streaming solutions.
Experienced with Java , UI technologies and debugging skills
Understanding of Video Head encoder and streaming formats like RTP,RTSP and other network layer protocols
Understanding of enterprise network design with switches deployments.
Understanding of testing process, testing concepts and methodologies including test planning, testbed design, experience with manual or automated testing is needed.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
