Primary Skills:

·         Should possess strong credentials in Accounts /Finance / Costing domain

·         Hands on Experience in GL, AR, AP, Assets and Bank Accounting

·         Hands on Experience in Cost Element, Cost Center, Profit Center and Internal Order Accounting

·         Knowledge on Standard Costing/Product Costing

·         SAP FICO knowledge – Configuration and execution of Transactions

·         SAP FICO Integration with other modules

·         Design Functional Specifications for development of Custom Reports / Interface / Forms and perform Testing.

·         Knowledge of New GL Functionality

Secondary Skills:

·         Understand Business process and requirements

·         Map SAP FICO with the Business process and requirements

·         Interact with the Business users and make them understand the impact of the SAP FICO implementation on their functions and reporting.

·         Good understanding of the Data Extraction programs

·         Ability to work with interfaces, IDoc’s and PI/PO Module

·         Ability to work with multiple system landscapes and business templates

·         Working Knowledge on Solman, Service now, Charm process

·         Analyze problems and provide clear recommendations

·         Work independently as well as team player and to manage the workload

Must Have:

·         Strong Domain knowledge in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Costing

·         Well versed with AR, AP, AA, New GL for FI

·         Well versed with Product Costing, COPA, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting

·         Must have experience of design, development and support of SAP FICO

·         Understanding of interface programs and legacy systems mapping

·         Good understanding of IDoc’s, EBS, SEPA

·         Should worked on atleast 2 support project globally

·         Design Functional Specifications for development of Custom Reports / Interface / Forms and perform Testing (RICEFS).

·         Good Interpersonal and communication skills

·         Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Good to Have:

·         Ability to read and interpret ABAP Code

·         Integration with SD, MM, PP etc.,

·         Good understanding of the Business Scenarios in Automotive Industry

·         Ability to work on transactions like SE38, SA38, WE02, WE20, SM59, Batch job setup etc.,

·         Working knowledge of third-party applications like VIM, Concur, Hyperion

·         Knowledge of SAFT, IFRS, US GAAP and Taxation preferably Brazil and US

·         Knowledge of S/4 HANA

·         Knowledge of other countries taxation One End to End Implementation (as per ASAP Methodology)
