Job description:
- Work as a team member of SAP Finance product team with the following responsibilities
- Resolving production support incidents and meet the defined SLA.
- Analyze and address batch job failures based on the priorities.
- Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Work on small/minor enhancements and deliver on time through Agile methodology.
- Coordinate with offshore team/scrum team to drive delivery excellence.
