• Resolving production support incidents and meet the defined SLA.
• Analyze and address batch job failures based on the priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work on small/minor enhancements and deliver on time through Agile methodology.
• Coordinate with offshore team/scrum team to drive delivery excellence.
