·         Provide technical leadership and direction to sub-teams 

·         Responsible for application architecture and design 

·         Develop high level design 

·         Develop individual team member plans and monitor the quality and correctness of teams output 

·         Conduct reviews and track issues to closure 

·         Capture agreed metrics throughout the project 

·         Ensure compliance to standards and processes

·         Experience in Debugging the issues/ Identifying performance improvements

·         Experience in external Integrations ( REst/SOAP/JMS) etc

·         Experience in Agile methodologies
