3+ years of working experience on Java / J2EE Server side development.
Well versed with L2 & L3 activities.
Experience in Production support is mandatory.
In - depth experience on any of the monitoring tools like (Splunk , Dynatrace , Sitescope , Geneos , Interscope , HPBSM).
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
Provide on call support
Handling Production Ticket / Issues.
Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
Prepare and / or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis.
