1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Apps Technical role – with functional knowledge in Order Management, Purchasing and Finance
2. Should have done the Oracle Apps Lead role in at least 2 project
3. Ability to do Requirements Gathering, Design, Development and Unit Testing in Oracle Apps
4. Should have hands on experience in implementation and maintenance of Oracle Apps
5. Thorough knowledge in designing new developments
6. Create MD50 based on the requirements
7. Ability to Manage the offshore development team to complete the deliverables on time
8. Excellent communication both verbal and written
