Position Summary

Our product is a unique data-driven solution for automated suture management extracting data through automated picking and staging units, transforming routine data points into actionable insights, and optimizing decision making with a descriptive analytics platform. In this position you will be in charge of building and running all the necessary Java based microservices and web applications required for the product. Preference will be given to fullstack engineers who are able to work across the stack and not silo themselves to a backend or frontend.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop Java & Spring Boot based web applications and microservices

·         Follow test-driven-development

·         Write unit tests and integration tests

·         Write CI/CD pipelines

·         Perform deployments and troubleshoot incidents

·         Follow best practices and document code

Key Requirements

·         A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in EE/CS or related field from an accredited institution is required

·         A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in an established company is required

·         Experience with data modeling, design patterns, building highly scalable and secure applications is required

·         Experience with MySQL or SQL Server, Docker, Unix, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, Git is required

·         Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines) highly preferred

·         Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership

·         Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing requirements

·         Strong communication skills and attention to details

·         Team player
