- Advise project teams on best practices for network, security, and hardware configurations to optimize the use of the various products utilized
- Assist project teams to meet quick turnarounds for troubleshooting administration issues
- Interact with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues associated with the implemented software
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with operating system administration (Linux, Windows) - including domain and user management, privilege and policy management, service management
- Experience with integrating the Tricentis automated testing product suite with DevSecOps pipeline and with databases including customizing/extending
- Experience with shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, CMD) including troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide systems support on a weekly on-call basis in a versatile, dynamic team
Preferred Skills
- Functional, performance and load testing systems (ALM, LoadRunner, UFT)
- Automated testing platforms (Tricentis, Selenium)
- Agile, scrum methodologies
- Relation/non-relational databases and DevSecOps tools: Jira, Github, Jenkins
- Active Directory and various security protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth)
- Familiarity with IT application development and operations procedures including DR exercises
