JOB DETAIL

Technical/Functional Skills           

•             Must be well versed with US and Canada Payroll calculation and configurations including schemas and rules, Finance integration, Local Taxes & regulations, and Off-Cycle Payments

•             Should have good working knowledge on Benefit configuration (for US/CA), Time management, Personnel Administration and Organization Management

•             Should be able to evaluate customers business needs contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP HCM system

•             Should have experience working with different interfaces between SAP and various 3rd party systems

•             Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice

•             Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).

•             To work effectively within a team environment

•             Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Agile Preferable.

•             Should have excellent communication skills

Experience Required     

1.            Should have worked at least 2 E2E Implementation of SAP US/CA Payroll and Benefits.

2.            Should have Knowledge on integration between SAP and ADP/Workday

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.

2. Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.

3. Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team. Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US/CA Payroll solutions.

As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.

Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.

Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.

Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service.
