Roles & Responsibility:

.Net Core, .Net full stack - Mandatory

Azure full stack (Azure Service Fabric, Azure API Management, Devops etc.,) - Mandatory

COSMOS DB, SQL Server, BLOB storage , - Optional but should be willing to learn due to project need.

.NET + Angular JS + Node JS       

The Technical Lead is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Technical Lead work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree :

Substantial Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure

Experience with unit testing and mocking

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications :

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Six Sigma certification

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.

Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream

Knowledge of SDLC

This tech lead will need hands on with below technologies 1) .Net 2) Angular JS 3) Node JS This tech lead need good communication skills and resource with Humana experience will be preferred. This will be WAH anywhere in USA and nearshore."
