Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (four year college or university) or related field, OR six (6) years of experience in supporting packaged applications. Certification(s) are a plus
Three years related experience with a related Bachelor’s degree, six (6) years’ experience in absence of a bachelor’s degree. Transit experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Can communicate clearly and effectively with business end-users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and email
