Must be well versed with US and Canada Payroll calculation and configurations including schemas and rules, Finance integration, Local Taxes & regulations, and Off-Cycle Payments
Should have good working knowledge on Benefit configuration (for US/CA), Time management, Personnel Administration and Organization Management
Should be able to evaluate customers business needs contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP HCM system
Should have experience working with different interfaces between SAP and various 3rd party systems
Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice
Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).
To work effectively within a team environment
Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Agile Preferable.
