•    Development experience in needed language or technology (Java, Documentum, CARA).
•    Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end.
•    Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.

•    Strong Java Development Skills along with Documentum DFC, DQL, API, Composer, Object model include TBOs, SBOs, Lifecycles, Workflows, ACLS, DFS.
•    Having good knowledge on documentum Architecture & Migrations.
•    Well Versed with Rest API programing using Java.
•    Familiar with CARA Restful APIs.
•    Good knowledge on Lombardi/IBM - BPM - Creating webservices to integrate with 3rd party systems. Should have good understanding for authoring documents like (Design Spec, Requirement Specs).
•    Good knowledge on Linux OS/environment.
•    Good knowledge on Active Directory Structure and Programmatically accessing AD accounts. Should have excellent communication skills
