MUST SKILLS:

We’re really looking for someone with proper ERP testing experience. ERP is WAY more complex than CRM. We’re dealing with Orders, Inventory, Line-level transaction volume and the back-end interdependencies with the accounting capability that creates journal entries. ERP is heavily dependent on posting periods and knowing how to stage data around this is critical.

Most common ERP systems are Microsoft Dynamics and SAP

-write test and use cases consistently

-experience with both Black Box and White Box testing

-able to break a solution and find out why it broke

-must be able to write and then handle the test scenarios

-take ownership of what is assigned to them and then execute on the work

-experience testing into ERP or any enterprise level system (CRM, HR, etc.). Testing in NetSuite desired but not required.

-must be able to ramp up quickly and have the ability to reverse engineer solutions; be confident in their testing ability and not be intimidated
