Job Description:
- Inbound Goods receipts & Putaways
- Outbound Picking
- Very good understanding of Warehouse orders, tasks
- Master data of EWM product master, and SAP material master
- Batch and Serial numbers in EWM and Deliveires
- Shipment
- Shipment cost creations
- Hands on knowledge to update data
- Monitor queues
- Physica Inventory EWM and IM
- Stock reconiliations betweeen EWM and IM.
- Customer and Supplier returns
- Customer consignments
Soft Skills
- Will need to work with user with no ticket since this is an IT support
- User will tell probelm and support needs to be provided by investigating.
- Should be able to be very patient and reapproach users since they may not provide the details and they need to break ice.
- Should very blendable with users
- Should be able to cut across domains and coordinate and drive issues.
