Bachelor’s degree in IS or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance in the Retail application systems
Experience creating manual and automated test scripts
Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
Experience testing POS systems
Knowledge of automated testing tools
Experience using software testing applications such as Jira, HP ALM, SmartBear ALM Complete, or equivalent
Detailed organizational and coordination skills
Ability to clearly communicate to business users, IT development groups, and external vendors
Ability to communicate clearly; in writing, by phone and in person
Ability to understand business processes and integration of those processes into the systems to ensure complete end to end testing of software
Proven problem solving, training, and analytical skills
