RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Leverage T-SQL and SSRS to develop custom client reports and standardized reports for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product

Work with client legacy data to extract, transform and load data into client application

Analyze in place integrations and reports where needed to make enhancements or correct issues

Work with Business Analysts and Implementation Consultants to translate business requirements into well architected software solutions that meet customer's business goals

Participate in feature reviews, help break down features into granular stories and provide estimates

Function as a team player and collaborate with the Development and QA team to ensure that sprint goals are consistently met

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in T-SQL and ability to design efficient queries with a focus on high performing solutions

Experience developing reports using SSRS or other report development software

Proficiency in SSRS logical programming (expressions, scripts)

Experience working with data integrations that utilize web services and/or file transfer endpoints

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for problem solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently communicate with technology and business team members
