·         7 years or more of experience in platform administration for SAP.

·         BASIS experience is needed.

·         Certification(s) related to the cloud environment preferred.

·         Develop patching and upgrade schedule for the SAP environments (OS patches, Hardware patches, Security patches, Service Pack upgrades) working in conjunction with other support teams.

·         Coordinate software/hardware upgrades and patch implementation.

·         Create the environment landscape and architecture diagrams and keep it up to date.

·         Develop standardized reporting for all supported systems to assist understanding of the current environment landscape and future system enhancements and upgrades.

·         Ensure backups are being performed regularly and track the backup success/failure rates.

·         Coordinate all SAP system changes to minimize business impact and improve systems reliability and dependability.

·         Work with the infrastructure team to coordinate high availability testing and disaster recovery testing.

·         Manage and maintain the version control for the code deployed and create tracker for the SAP note.

·         Perform periodic environment health check including performance, hardware, capacity, and security and publish reports.

·         Customer orientation.
