- Extensive experience leading and delivering large scale complex systems integration projects
- Experience in design and development of OIC integrations between on premise EBS application and Salesforce cloud.
- At least one end to end Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS implementation project
- Expertise with Integration frameworks offered by Oracle HCM/ERP applications
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud integration patterns and best practices
- Advanced understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and architecture
- In depth understanding of integration Security and Oracle Offering
- Basic understanding of Oracle IaaS portfolio
- Experience with Oracle SOA and Oracle Service Bus implementation - Oracle 12c preferably
- Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications etc. in the solution
- Experience with performance analysis, diagnosis and tuning
- Familiarity with deployment and release management processes
- Provide technical expertise, guidelines and leadership in the development and implementation of integration solutions
- Exhibit exceptional technical problem solving skills with ability to work independently or in team-oriented manner
- Excellent client interfacing skills, status reporting, working with IT and well as business stakeholders
