High Level Description and Responsibilities to Include:

                                                               i.      Experience in Defect management

                                                             ii.      Responsible for Leading Cross-Product defect triage calls with server leads and product owners with clear view on defect status with actionable outcomes

                                                           iii.      Initiate and manage escalation process for any outstanding defects with leadership team

                                                           iv.      Support Triaging defects by assigning appropriate priority, determining ownership of the defect, and routing the defect to appropriate resource

                                                             v.      Ability to identify and analyze aging defects, and bringing necessary members together for rapid resolution

                                                           vi.      Expertise with Jira (advanced JQLs), Zephyr and Microsoft office tools to generate reports and dashboards

                                                          vii.      Identify and implement process & tool improvements for defect prevention and/or to improve defect resolution times

                                                        viii.      Regular review of overall defects to determine/assess impact to overall project plan and deployment schedule

                                                            ix.      Maintain absolute integrity of the defect ecosystem in JIRA and ensure all changes to defect status are within the guidelines of the defect management process

                                                             x.      Support with Jira workflow modifications as needed
