JOB DETAIL

thePDH resource responsibilities:

1.      Shouldpossess the master data architecture in Product Hub

2.      Defineand possess knowledge of pricing, life cycle, categories, revisions, etc.

3.      carryout the product changes as defined in applications to meet business needs

4.      cross-functionalknowledge of how product structure are integrated and used across CPQ,subscriptions, supply chain, and Order Management

5.      workwith cross-functional teams to define processes, document SOP’s, train thesuper users to meet business needs

6.      Create/modifyfunctional documents and work with technical team members to develop & testnew functionalities, reports, etc. as required by business

7.      Workwith product data stewards, product managers, product owners to support thelife cycle in business requirements

TheCDM resource responsibilities:

1.      Shouldpossess the master data architecture in Customers and its data management.

2.      Defineand possess knowledge of TCA, hierarchy, cleansing, enrichment, duplicateidentification, and standardization

3.      Shouldpossess the knowledge of data governance (DG) needs and policies. Work with DGcross-functional teams to define & enhance the governance policies as perbusiness requirements

4.      carryout the product changes as defined in applications to meet business needs

5.      Understandthe customer master data presented from an external system and fit into thecloud CDM model

6.      Knowledgeof data loads through FBDI and import process methods

7.      Understandthe customer data and its Integrations with the Salesforce application.(Customers, relationships, persons, addresses, address purposes, etc).

8.      Should have a deep understanding of integratedapplications such as CPQ, subscriptions, Order Management, and accountsreceivables

9.      Create/modifyfunctional documents and work with technical team members to develop & testnew functionalities, reports, etc. as required by business

10.  workwith cross-functional teams to define processes, document SOP’s, train thesuper users to meet business needs
