•         8-10+ years’ experience as Business Analyst

•         Lead Business Analyst with strong Personal & Commercial lines Insurance domain experience

•         Extensive hands-on and functional experience

·         Experience in Digital applications

•         Should have strong insurance domain product functional expertise and support solutioning in new projects and also for new business opportunities.

•         Should have good communication, client interfacing and documentation skills.

•         Should have experience in agile projects with onsite-offshore delivery model.

•         Prefer to have experience in GW products - PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, ContactManager, Portals and DH&IC.
