  • Strong record of owning and driving the culture of Engineering Excellence like operational efficiency, uptime, CICD pipeline, unit test, regression testing, Logging, Monitoring, Analytics, metrics, Investment in technical and infrastructure debt, blameless root cause with a learner mindset.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and self-prioritize in Agile model.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Research various alternatives and document technical details
  • Write automation scripts, SQL/KQL, develop automation for self-service UI, dashboard and automation related to service areas. Test and deploy the automation. Bug fixing.
  • Working knowledge on source control tools such as Git and ADO
  • Knowledge / Experience on Geneve Monitoring, Client-side development a plus
