·         QA Program leader responsible for setting up QA COE covering QA strategy, automation and performance approach, capacity planning for releases, testing approach, transformation plan, governance / communication plan and successful execution of the transformational and release activities to drive Quality and faster time to market managing the cost of quality                                                                                                                       

Job Responsibility          

·         Set up QA COE for programs right from the inception

·         Build/ design QA process, Automation, tools and technology requirements

·         Create QA Strategy covering capacity planning, testing approach, transformation plan and execution aligning to release plan

·         Run QA as an independent function

·         Track and report Metrics / SLA's

·         Budget & financials management

·         Risk and program management

·         Customer relationship management
