Experience Required · Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience · 6+ years of experience in a similar or related role · Experience working in a software development environment · Track record of leading the launch of new products or features to users · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations · Knowledge and Experience in AWS based application · Experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) based product delivery

Roles & Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): · Define a cohesive user-centric product vision and experience, along with product goals & metrics · Outline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teams · Identify & prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and ensure that they are completed · Maintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possible · Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve/mitigate technical challenges · Helps in smooth change management
