Description: This role is for a Project Manager for various Pfizer Digital ERP Logistics projects. These projects are mainly in the SAP ERP and the related technical/functional solutions that must be built and deployed to satisfy the business requirements by Pfizer.
Responsibility: Resource shall be highly organized, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and be self-directed/motivated in order to perform the Project Manager role for the Pfizer RTU and associated projects. Responsibilities include; organizing and facilitating project meetings, preparing agendas and recording notes and actions, following-up with stakeholders for outstanding tasks and deliverables, coordinating amongst different teams within the project for completed objectives and milestones, preparing project and stakeholder summaries, collecting and managing status reports, preparing and managing project plans and timeline, managing Releases through to production environment, and providing leadership and general PM duties for the team.
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Self directed/motivated
- Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written)
- Project Management Experience (Min 4 years)
- Project Management Industry Training (E.g. PMP, etc)
- Microsoft Project, JIRA or similar project planning/management software experience
- SAP or similar ERP system background, preferably in SAP Logistics or Sales/Distribution
- Pharma Industry experience a plus
- Integration with 3PL (interfaces) a plus
