Requirements:

·         Prior functional experience developing

·         Managing CRM application

·         Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementation/support experience (if not, Microsoft Dynamics or any CRM experience)

·         Understanding of SLC Process and experience developing Documentation (GDocP) for a validated healthcare IT system (https://www.pharmout.net/good-documentation-practices-gdocp-gmp/)

·         Very good understanding and experience working on some DevOps toolset (JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps)

·         Writing and Developing Functional, Business process documentation

·         Prior experience performing/leading Unit, System, Regression and Validation testing

·         Overall test management and testing status reporting

·         Experience with automated testing is added advantage

·         Experience with Healthcare domain
