  • Responsibilities Requires in depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight Capable to drive the Team while working as a Scrum Master
  • Good in Technologies like Java  spring  Hibernate 
  • Capable to identify the risk   issue to highlight the same ASAP
  • Good Problem solving skills problem related to people or Technical Should be able to manage Billing  GM targets etc
  • Development Experience in Java  Spring
  • Should have capabilities to interact with customer Architect to take technical decisions
  • Applies a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems
  • Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer  operational  process  or project activities
  • Develops work plans for short term assignments of moderate complexity

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sprint planning  release planning  daily stand ups  stakeholder demos  and sprint retrospectives Provide and support the implementation of business solutions 
  • Support product owner in developing  maintaining and grooming product backlog
  • Remove impediments blockers in order to keep teams highly productive 
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams 
  • Provide metrics and status to senior management Mentor team members on Agile Scrum best practices
