JOB DETAIL

The TIBCO Developer will be responsible for the modification, design, implementation, verification & validation, and deployment of enhancements to the Communications Service Manager (MCSM) middleware.  The resource will design integration service interfaces & schemas using industry standards, patterns, and canonical representations. He will develop and execute automated unit and performance tests of integration services. Additionally, the resource will be responsible for creating detailed technical specifications for the existing application. He will also provide support for the current production application.  Finally, he will mentor other team members on TIBCO and integration-related best practices.

 

Required

  • 7+ years of development experience using TIBCO AMX Business Works 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters, FTL, Designer/Studio and other TIBCO suite of products
  • Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test, and support
  • Solid experience in managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO Enterprise Administrator and FTL Administrator
  • Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML technologies, GitHub, Jenkins and Unix/Linux shell scripts
  • In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services based solutions
  • Hands on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns and Coding best practices
  • Proactive and able to catch issues before failures
  • Experience with common enterprise security protocols
  • Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team player
  • Support off-hours production issues and code deployments as needed
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
