- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Relevant Science and Math disciplines with an IT emphasis is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of integration experience, with at least +7 years of experience with middleware applications.
- Solid understanding of EAI, SOA, and Object Oriented analysis and design concepts/patterns.
- Experience designing systems for extremely high traffic and transaction volumes.
- Ability to prepare formal technology evaluations and proposals.
- Hands on experience with TIBCO BW, TIBCO Messaging and other TIBCO suite of products. (TIBCO BW 6. is a mandatory)
- Experience in TIBCO BW upgrade
- Messaging experience in one of TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ Series, Active MQ or other JMS.
- Core JAVA knowledge
- Must have superior knowledge and development experience in developing Web Services using ML, SOAP, REST, JSON.
- Experience in implementing business applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to provide concrete reusable service
- Strong understanding of issues around integration real-time synchronous and asynchronous integration
- Experience with using middleware technology to integrate ERP systems such as SAP ECC (IDOC, BAPI, RFC), Mainframe or Oracle.
- Knowledge of TIBCO R3 Adapter is preferred.
- Knowledge of WS-* is desirable.
- Proficient using testing tools like JMeter and SOAPUI
- API Management tool (Apigee, Akana, Mashery, CA - Layers 7, WSO2) experience desirable
- Developer level experience one or more RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or Sybase.
- Must be able to create and understand architecture UML based artifacts
- Familiarity with LINUX/UNIX and scripting a plus.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills. Communicates well both orally and in writing.
- Experience in leading a small team of members to successfully implement technology projects.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model is desirable.
- Creative in delivering value to systems solutions and customer/user requests.
- Proficiency in MS office and SharePoint; Knowledge of Visio and Project desired.
