Responsibilities:
You will work with business leads, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical staff to gather requirements and will apply his/her strong systems and business analysis experience to analyze and build out requirements, identify gaps and drive project from initiation to completion
The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. BA/PM is also responsible for conducting all Sprint rituals/ceremonies and making sure that the team is on track for Sprint/Release deliverables
Conducting some cores sprint rituals like Daily scrum, Backlog grooming, Planning, UAT/BAT, Retrospectives and Release Demo would be some of the core responsibility of this position
REQUIREMENTS
Expert in Agile and Scrum project methodologies to drive IT initiatives
We need someone with a successful track record in business analysis, with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, and strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical forums
