Work as a Bizx functional consultant in a cloud migration scenario Define the testcases for Migration/ Cutover / Steady state Work along with customer program leads (AVPs) to understand the scope of work

Work along with automation and devops team to make sure the defined testcases are automated in a ci/cd pipeline "

Role Description

Required skills 8+ years of experience in BizX (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation) functional -or- BizX (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation) QA domain

Participated in a migration or implementation project for any of the modules:

Employee Central, Performance, Goals, Compensation

Experienced in supporting large HCM implementation where lot of integrations are present Basic knowledge of cloud terminologies and infrastructure terminologies

Certification on any of the SAP HCM module is an added advantage
