JOB DETAIL

Role Description

1. Full stack Java developer with strong experience in IVR frontend and backend integration2. Design & develop contact center applications including and integration to the following systems: Cisco Voice Portal, Email, Chat, Chatbot, Social, Voice, SMS, Routing, IVR, IVR Self Help, Outbound, Verint Recording/Quality, Workforce Management, Information Reporting and Analytics, Noble & Sales Engage dialer 3. Integration to Executive Dashboard for Enterprise reporting4. Develop contact center application solutions including interfaces, data modeling, application tier, business tier and UI tier for voice, web, chat, email. Design for reuse across channels Accept, Analyze and fix L3/Engineering issue tickets within defined SLA time. Provide L3/Engineering support in design, development, testing, and deployment of Java, Web and contact center technology and applications.5. Create & maintain project technical documentation6. Backend database and systems integration7. Level 3/4 On-Call support on a rotational basis

Experience with Nuance speech engines (ASR/TTS) and tools2. Experience with web technology & application servers (jboss, IIS, Tomcat)3. Linux shell scripting/Windows powershell4. Database Development in Oracle/MS SQL Server5. Knowledge of Cisco UCCE Infrastructure
