Job Description

Provide expertise in the support of SQL Server environment. Manage day-to-day job performance, scheduling and execution. Provide decision-support analysis and implement information business services. Support the requirements gathering and configuration establishment for licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems, as applicable. Support, maintain and/or administer implemented business system solutions, as deemed necessary.

Additional Job Details:

Revenue Services is looking for talented SQL Server Database Administrators to help manage our SQL Server databases. They will be required to create and maintain database structures, set up user accounts, provide performance tuning, maintain database security, install and maintain the database software and related SQL job executions. In addition, they will perform root cause analysis, testing, and implementation of changes required to maintain a stable production environment.

SQL Server DBA Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining database structures

Support SQL connections to DB2, Oracle and Teradata

Performance tuning for SQL and related job processes

Setting up database user accounts and maintaining user access
