Job Description : Strong .Net resource with the ability to understand existing application functionality from customer SME and support application in Production environment. The resource would also be expected to support small enhancements to existing applications. The resource will also be responsible to work with a larger team for migrating the existing application to latest version of .Net / from On-Prem to Cloud. Associate will also be supporting manual print operations, if needed

Responsibilities

Responsible for production support , maintenance and enhancements of business applications
Strong technical knowledge in VB.NET / ASP .NET / Classic Visual Studio with 5+ years of working experience
Experience with SSIS packages and expertise with UI development
Willing to perform Production support roles with on-call duties on rotation basis
Ability to multitask and work on conflicting demands in parallel
Experience with production / live environment
Ability to triage, troubleshoot, fix and test production issues within short timelines
Strong knowledge of Service management process – Change, Release, Incident and Problem management
Strong and timely communication
ITIL certification, .Net certifications are add ons
