- Overall 10 Years of experience is required
- 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Software engineer in Java with SQL Server database in Agile environment;
- Degree in Engineering, Computer, Information Systems or related;
- Experienced in working with Git and Subversion
- Experienced with Linux, both GUI and command-line shells
- Comfortable with .NET and Windows is a desired skill set
- Strong communication skills, especially when working in a remote setting
- Experienced with Confluence, Jira, and Google Suite of applications
- Strong fundamentals of algorithm, arrays, data structures, OOPS;
- Analyzing and disseminating technical requirements to peer developers, testers;
- Unit testing using automated unit test frameworks;
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning;
- Conducting configuration of own work with experience in CI/CD tools;
- Basic knowledge of estimation techniques;
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality;
