Candidate will be supporting various business support functions in the VBG GTS organization that require acting as a Sr. Project Manager and Data Analyst. Candidate will perform various program portfolio support functions as needed. Responsible for the coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project oriented work efforts. Manages processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer specifications. Assembles project plans and team assignments. Directs and monitors work performance by managing resource requirements, performance quality analysis, and escalating timeline concerns in a timely manner. Responsible for tracking project deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements. Schedules meetings and coordinates communication regarding project progress and risks that impact budget and/or timeline. Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity. Program outlook and pro forma analysis. Represent VBG GTS in monthly (exec) and weekly (working) program governance reviews, Business Case Planning & Lifecycle Management Stakeholdering with the Finance Planning & Analysis and Business Transformation Office.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelors degree or ten or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Five plus years experience in business case lifecycle management. Five plus years strategic planning and prioritization experience. Proficient in Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs, drive)Ability to provide fresh new ideas in team collaboration, communication and employee engagement. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills (Word, Powerpoint, Google Slides & Excel)
