1. Java Springboot - Legacy code base
2. Experience programming with Kotlin (Scala, Kotlin or GoLang or any other Functional Programming language will work) ; preference is Kotlin as that is what they'll be moving towards
3. Experience with Cloud Native (Microservices Architecture, Event-based architecture, containers, message queuing )
- This team will be using Kafka for message cueing (must-have)
