Please Note: The scope of this role would be perfect for someone that has been a BA, and therefore has BA skills, but has had some exposure to agile is looking to move more into an agile role. At minimum from a technical perspective, they should have experience writing user stories, if they have this, Manager is flexible on other requirements for the right person she can train up and invest in.

Must Haves

• 2-3+ years of experience
• Familiarity with agile
• Strong BA skills

Day-to-day

• This person will serve as a step down from the Product Owner, and support all areas of the agile organization from that perspective. They should have a working knowledge of IT and come from a BA type/Project Coordination background and be able to take direction, and work well with a variety of skillsets. This is a great foot in the door to supporting an agile transformation.
• They will help clarify requirements, help with requirements gathering, and assist in all areas for preparing for PI planning meetings. They will help decompose features into prioritized user stories that will deliver value and tangible business results.
