University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks a UX Designer with superior Adobe XD expertise to create annotated wireframes for web development in AEM. The UX Designer will report to the Product Experience Manager and will ensure clear and comprehensive direction is provided to developers for optimal user experience and best practices for web design. UMGC is committed to developing and delivering a world-class digital user experience for higher education, and this role will be instrumental in achieving that goal.

Specifically, the role is required to:

• Develop wireframes with annotations and task flow diagrams
• Create Visual design and requirements of new components
• Create design collateral that can be handed off to a developer
• Create visual design comps including specifications

NOTE: A digital portfolio of user experience deliverables must be included in application.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methods
• Expert knowledge of XD, AEM, web and mobile interactions, including responsive web design
• Demonstrated ability to develop wireframes and prototypes using Adobe XD

• Experience annotating wireframes for a large, complex web property
• Excellent Organization and Time management skills
