Team makeup:

1 Scrum Master, 8 engineers including QA, 2 product analysts, onsite and offshore team

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? Technical resource with strong analytical and programming skills. Healthcare and Pharmacy knowledge is desirable.

Day to Day:
1. Work in a fast paced agile development team
2. Program with high quality code and low error rate
3. Work collaboratively in a team environment
4. Self-starter that doesn't require much guidance

Skills Needed:

1. Strong programming experience with Javascript, Java, or C#. Minimum 3 years
2. 2+ years’ experience with Microservices design and design patterns
3. 1+ year experience with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
4. 2+ years’ experience with messaging and ESB technologies - Kafka, API gateway
5. Rules Engine and AI experience is desirable

What skills/attributes are preferred (will set a candidate apart)?
1. Good communication skills
2. Able to collaborate within and outside teams, and easily adapt to changing environment

What are the work hours? 
9am-5pm CT. Need to coordinate and lead offshore teams. Definitely involves regular late hour and early hour calls.
