JOB DETAIL

  • Help the project manager in administrative duties and processes 
  • Schedule meetings and keep minutes 
  • Breakdown project into doable tasks and estimate duration 
  • Assist with planning, from start to finish of project 
  • Prepare and distribute project materials 
  • Implement policies and procedures 
  • Create weekly workflow 
  • Order resources 
  • Track expenses and work on budget forecast 
  • Monitor progress 
  • Alert the project manager to issues as they arise 
  • Report on team and project performance 
  • Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications 
  • Assess project risk 
  • Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc. 
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants 
  • Collaborate on stakeholder presentations

Job Description:

Below is the JD: Team Needs IT Project Coordinator with good SDLC and Clarity experience with healthcare domain.

  • Develop project plan and scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
  • Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders.
  • Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources.
  • Work closely with development and IT QA teams to coordinate task schedule, resolve conflicts and ensure delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software release.
  • Managing deliverables with Quest's 3rd party vendor.
  • Required skill set -
  • MS office , Clarity, Share Point
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Healthcare background required
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
