- Develop project plan and scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
- Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders.
- Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources.
- Work closely with development and IT QA teams to coordinate task schedule, resolve conflicts and ensure delivery.
- Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software release.
- Managing deliverables with Quest's 3rd party vendor.
