• 1+ years with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
• 1+ years with Oracle 11g or higher (or 3+ years with similar relational databases)
• 1+ years developing unit tests using mocking frameworks
• 1+ years with GIT
• 2+ years developing services (e.g. REST API, SOAP)
• 2+ years developing multi-threaded applications
• 1+ years following an agile development methodology
